Love and share good food.
French cuisine is renown throughout the world, produces are available abroad more and more easily and this allows us to share our traditions and regional foods with you, in short to make you enjoy good food.
My challenge in this adventure is to not only succeed in bringing the classic French pastries to New Zealand but also to share with you the evolution of flavours instilled by pastry master craftsmen during the last 10 years.

For small or big occasions, Artisan offers a range of products based on the recipes of our French pastry chef.
Weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, office functions or simply for the love of good food, whatever the occasion we can offer a selection that will satisfy your needs.
Standard sizes for our products range from 6 to 20 people with prices ranging from $20 to $70.
We are also happy for you to discuss personalised projects with our pastry chef via email.

THE BEST PASTRIES REQUIRE THE BEST INGREDIENTS
Our approach is sustainable. We are trying to support fair trade networks when sourcing our produces and also regional and local markets for seasonal and organic produces.
In time, we want to offer several pastry ranges, including one cheaper range using standard ingredients and one range using exclusively ingredients sourced from responsible and sustainable networks.

Our Chef needs 3 days notice to organize and prepare your order.
Bank transfer is our preferred payment method, but we also accept Eftpos and cash at our food truck during the week.
We can organize the delivery in Dunedin Area for $10
